Grapefruit White 100% - (Citrus paradisi)

The Grapefruit White tree has glossy leaves and large fruits that are light yellow in colour. This tree gets its name from the colour of the flesh of the fruit, which is almost white (slightly yellow tinged). The oil is extracted from the rind.

It is cold-pressed, not distilled to obtain a higher quality of oil. The scent is sweet, sharp and refreshing, but not as sweet as the Grapefruit Pink. Grapefruit oil is non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing and although listed as non-phototoxic it can irritate the skin if exposed to strong sunlight after treatment. UV precautions should be taken with all citrus oils.

Aromatherapists recommend it for antidepressant, antiseptic, aperitif, diuretic, disinfectant, lymphatic stimulant, tonic, acne, hair growth, muscle fatigue, obesity, oily skin, and as a skin toner.
