Fennel Sweet 100% (Foeniculum Vulgare Dulce)

This ancient herb grows as a weed in many parts of Australia. Fennel has a herby, slightly spicy smell, similar to aniseed. The essential oil is extracted from crushed seeds by steam distillation. Do not use during pregnancy.

Aromatherapists prescribe Fennel for digestive disorders and respiratory complaints. It has been used as a remedy for flatulence, constipation, colic, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, dyspepsia and hiccups.
