Postage and Shipping
Postage and Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.00 to anywhere in Australia*. For orders greater than $100 your shipping is free.
For Overseas orders, we will contact you with a Postage and Shipping rate once your order has been received. We will confirm this charge with you before proceeding with the payment and sending your order. Alternatively you can Contact Us now to find out about your Postage and Shipping charges.
*The above does not apply to Distributor and Wholesale Orders please check with head office for your revised terms and conditions.

Placing an Order
If you place an order through this website you accept that the following terms apply and must be adhered to enable us to process your order efficiently.
Information such as your full name, valid email address, contact telephone number, billing and delivery addresses and payment details will be required to process an order.
It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with fraudulently obtained credit card details.
Once the order has been submitted you will receive an automated email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation please advise orders@pureearth.com.au.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.
It is your obligation to enter full and correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect and the order has been dispatched Pure Earth will not refund your payment. Should you wish us to re-send the order you will incur additional charges.
If for any reason Pure Earth cannot fulfill your order we will contact you within 2 working days of order placement and organise a refund or product substitution.
Prices and Charges
Prices of goods displayed on the www.pureearth.com.au website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. These prices will be honoured at the time you place your order, however displayed prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery charges and/or conditions displayed only apply to the mainland States of Australia and Tasmania. Customers from outside of this area will be advised by email of any additional charges to be paid prior to dispatch.
Delivery
Pure Earth cannot guarantee a specific dispatch or delivery time but we will make every attempt to fulfill your order as soon as possible. If a product becomes out of stock prior to packing your order you will be notified by telephone or email to determine if you want the rest of the order dispatched.
Orders from within Australia are currently shipped via Australia Post by Receipted Delivery but our contractor may be changed at our discretion.
Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time.
There are many places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery. If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection. Australia Post is contracted with us to advise you when and where parcels are available for collection. This is usually in the form of a card in your mailbox.
If an order is lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement order until reasonable tracking attempts have been made. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
